A delightful and comfy place to spend a night (or several) near the airport! The pool, the beds, the shower - all top notch! But even better was the super-unique mini cenote on his property complete with with exfoliating little fishies. It was our kids highlight of our whole trip - and we did a lot of cool stuff in the Yucatán! Most importantly, Juan Carlos was incredibly accommodating - he made the stress of an early morning flight home super easy. When we arrived he helped us order dinner delivery, arranged a taxi for early the next morning and just generally made it feel like our bumbling family of five could chill out before a long flight home. We will definitely be back.

An absolutely magical place, perfect to start or end your stay in Cancun! Juan is the best host and the private pool and cenote are just perfect to rest and relax. We will definitely be back!

A place where the AC worked very well at 20 it was too cold for me. Very clean, the room the coffee area and even the cenote. There was hot water which was so nice. No bugs. When I come back I think I'll stay here most of the time, its not a great location but it had everything.

Place was small and drive in was sketchy but definitely a super calm and beautiful environment. Host is very attentive and makes a strong effort to make it feel like home . Has a cool cenote in the back, clean pool, clean rooms.

The owners are wonderful people, it’s a small villa but the property is beautiful. They have a cenote at the villa where the fish will give you a free pedicure. It’s super close to the airport away from the hotel zone. For the price I have no complaints. I was well taken care of.

This is definitely a hidden gem. Extremely well-received in this comfortable and cute villa. You can find there a warm and clean swimming pool, fish bath and relaxation area. But the incredible part is the small cenote within the property. The owner and host is the kindest and most helpful. Highly recommended.

Juan, thank you, thank you, thank you very much for hosting us!!! This is one of those places where if I could give 10 stars, I would (and this is rare from me - feel free to check my reviews to other venues). Juan is a magnificent host. He and his staff went the extra mile to making our stay a wonderful one. We could not be happier by our choice to stay there and for sure it is a place to return to. Facilities are all clean and you have spacious common areas and internet that allowed us to work with no problem when we needed to. This place has a swimming pool and access to a private cenote (small yet adds to an already great experience). Yes, portion of the roads have more potholes that one would like but this is part of the experience. About up to 95% of the access to Azcapri is on paved roads so no problems there and the rest is just the weather remind us who is the boss. We rented a sedan and we drove in and out with no problems. Location is above 5 since it is close to the airport and for those coming in and out of the airport is a great hub to come in and out of Cancun. We drove around the Yucatan Peninsula (Quintana Roo, Campeche and Yucatan) and we felt so comfortable at Azcapri that we extended our stay there a couple of times. A friendly and genuine willingness to providing excellent service in addition to outstanding facilities and a great location is what makes this place one we will return to. Again, thank you, Juan!!!
